5. OUR FUTURE PLANS

From a very early age I have enjoyed reading poetry from different countries. As an adult my major area of study has been in art of calligraphiy, and I have focussed my art on the ancient Kin-bun style (of calligraphy).

During the past decade I have combined these two personal passions selecting those of my favourite poems which reflect the essential nature of various countries I have visited. The essential simplicity of Kin-bun script encapsulates the core sentiments expressed in the poetry I love.

I now wish to study the poetry from all countries around the world, to work with them and present them in the Kin-bun style of calligraphiy.

Some day I hope to hold a Kin-bun Exhibition in China to honour my teachers and friends.

To bring knowledge to the world of the ancient civilization and culture that produced the fascinating Kin-bun calligraphic script, we have held exhivisions of Atsuko Osa's works in Great Britain, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and the U.S.A.

We want to broaden our interpretations of our planet and work with poetry written by YOUR contrymen about YOUR town or city. We would plan to exhibit these unique works of art since visa restictions might apply in some countries. Send us the further informations, please. Thank you.
